What materials are used in your jewelry?
Our products are crafted using high-quality materials including solid 10k and 14k gold, as well as premium 18k PVD gold plating over jeweler's brass or 925 sterling silver. We use hand-set AAAAA Cubic Zirconia or VS/VVS diamonds depending on the collection.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally take 7-14 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by our quality. All The Gold Gods jewelry comes with a Lifetime Warranty that covers any manufacturing defects or accidental breakage. If your piece fades or breaks, we will replace it.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and earrings are final sale due to the nature of the product and hygiene reasons.
Will your gold plated jewelry turn my skin green?
No. We use a proprietary PVD plating process with real 18k gold which is designed to be long-lasting and skin-safe. Our jewelry does not contain nickel or lead, which are the common causes of skin discoloration.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain the shine of your pieces, we recommend wiping them down with the provided microfiber cloth after wear. Avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and excessive moisture to prolong the life of the plating.
