At The Gold Gods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury streetwear and jewelry. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all jewelry boxes and authenticity cards, to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
